Renew your membership
Annual membership is $150. See below for a list of membership benefits.
You can renew your membership using our online form (credit card payments only) or print out and complete a hardcopy form below (cheque and bank transfer).
1. Complete the online form
Just click on the 'Become a Member' button below to open up the online form. Simply fill out your details. This should only take five minutes.
2. Pay your membership fee
When you finish filling out your form, click on the 'submit' button. Then enter your credit card details to pay your $150 membership fee.
3. Membership confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email.
All membership applications/renewals and online payments are protected by SSL.
Please note, Membership fees are not refundable, nor can they be transferred. Corporate memberships are not available.

If you want to make your membership payment by cheque or bank transfer, simply download the form below. Once completed, return it to the address at the bottom of the form and we will process your membership for you and notify you via mail.
